Led VDC strategy and delivery for a $1.5B pharmaceutical manufacturing campus expansion spanning 3,000,000 SF — the largest and most complex project type in the EZ-VDC portfolio, where FDA-regulated MEP systems and GMP requirements elevate the consequence of every coordination decision. VDC program setup included BIM Execution Plan development, LOD matrix definition, and establishing coordination workflows across the full multi-discipline project team. Multi-discipline BIM coordination was executed across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process piping, and civil infrastructure systems, with underground modeling coordinating below-grade utilities across the campus site. A 4D construction model linked the BIM to the project schedule to manage phased campus logistics, contractor sequencing, and site access across simultaneous construction fronts.
