Do you provide BIM coordination services across the United States?
Yes. Delivery is remote and nationwide. Coordination runs through the platforms your project already uses (Navisworks, Revizto, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, or Procore), so location does not change how the work is executed. We have supported U.S. projects in healthcare, pharmaceutical, education, hospitality, civic, and mixed-use construction, ranging from $30M to $1.5B in value.
How do time zones work with a Lima-based team?
Lima sits in the U.S. Eastern time band for most of the year and does not observe daylight saving, so live overlap with Eastern, Central, and Mountain teams covers a normal working day, and Pacific mornings are fully covered. Coordination meetings are scheduled against your calendar.
Can you work as an extension of our in-house VDC department?
Yes, and that is a common arrangement. We take a defined portion of the program (a building, a discipline, a phase, or clash detection and reporting only), while your team keeps ownership of standards and client-facing communication. Read more on the outsourced BIM coordination page.
What U.S. standards and workflows do you work to?
We work to the project BIM Execution Plan and the owner or contractor standards that govern it, including AIA LOD definitions, project-specific naming conventions, and the issue and RFI workflows configured in your platform. On healthcare work we coordinate to FGI, NFPA 99, and ASHRAE 170 clearance and access requirements.
How do you handle NDAs, model security, and vendor onboarding?
NDA terms are agreed before any model changes hands, and we work inside your platform with permissions your team scopes and revokes rather than copying project data into our own environment. Vendor onboarding paperwork is completed as part of contracting.
How quickly can you start on a U.S. project?
We respond to a project scope within one business day. Once scope, access, and contracting are agreed, a defined deliverable can usually start within one to two weeks, and full coordination programs align to your next model submission cycle.
