Where in Peru do you work?
We are based in Lima and work on projects throughout Peru. Coordination, modeling, and 4D work are delivered remotely through Navisworks, Revizto, and Autodesk Construction Cloud, and we attend site and coordination meetings in Lima directly. For projects outside Lima, site visits and reality capture are scoped per engagement.
Do you work with Peruvian contractors and design offices?
Yes. We work with constructoras, specialty subcontractors, developers, and architecture and engineering offices. Because the team is bilingual, we also support Peruvian firms working with international clients and foreign firms delivering projects in Peru.
What BIM standards do you apply on Peruvian projects?
We work to the project BIM Execution Plan. Where a project has adopted the Plan BIM Perú framework or an owner standard, we align the LOD matrix, naming, and information exchange requirements to it. Where no standard exists yet, we draft the BEP as part of the VDC consulting scope.
Can you do laser scanning and Scan to BIM in Peru?
Yes. We deliver Scan to BIM for renovation, retrofit, and tie-in coordination, producing registered point clouds and QA/QC-verified as-built Revit models with deviation analysis against the cloud.
Do you invoice in soles or dollars?
Both. Engagements can be contracted and invoiced in Peruvian soles or U.S. dollars depending on the client and the project.
