Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how EZ VDC Services & Plug-ins ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the EZ VDC Toolkit for Navisworks — including the EZ Navigation, EZ Clash Manager, and EZ Issue Viewer modules (collectively, the "Application"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Information We Collect
The Application does not require you to provide any personal details, create an account, or submit any data to us. We collect no personal information of any kind.
Project & Model Data
All BIM model data, clash information, viewpoints, and coordination data you work with remain entirely on your local machine. The EZ Issue Viewer module integrates with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC); any data exchanged as part of that integration flows directly between your machine and your own ACC account — it is never routed through or stored on our servers.
No Telemetry or Usage Data
The Application does not collect telemetry, crash reports, usage analytics, or any other diagnostic data. We have no visibility into how, when, or how often you use the Application.
Data Storage
All operations occur entirely on your local device. No data is transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers on our behalf.
Third-Party Sharing
Because we collect no information, there is nothing to share with third parties. We do not sell, trade, or transfer any data.
Autodesk & ACC Platform
The Application integrates with Autodesk products and services. Your use of those services is subject to Autodesk's own Privacy Statement, available at autodesk.com/privacy.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
