We use the details you share to respond to inquiries and manage accounts and licenses. The website does not collect visitor analytics.
Website inquiries
When you submit the website contact form, EZ-VDC receives the contact details and project information you choose to provide so we can respond to your inquiry. Messages are processed through Resend and delivered to our business email. Do not include confidential drawings or model access credentials in the form. Google search reporting and website storage
EZ-VDC uses Google Search Console to review aggregate clicks, impressions, search queries, landing pages, countries and device categories from Google search. We do not install Google Analytics or collect website visitor identifiers, page views or on-site clicks. Search Console reporting does not add tracking code or analytics cookies to this website. Account sign-in and checkout can use essential storage needed to provide those services. Our hosting provider may retain operational logs. Analytics recorded before October 10, 2026 remain subject to the existing 90-day retention limit; no new visitor events are collected.
Desktop toolkit: short version
Project models are processed locally by the desktop tools. Account and licensing services are separate from model processing and website search reporting.
Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how EZ VDC Services & Plug-ins ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the EZ VDC Toolkit for Navisworks, including the EZ Navigation, EZ Clash Manager, and EZ Issue Viewer modules (collectively, the "Application"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Information We Collect
Licensed products can require an account and a license check. EZ-VDC processes account contact details, subscription or entitlement records, and activation information to provide licensing. These functions are separate from project-model processing and do not enable website visitor analytics.
Project & Model Data
All BIM model data, clash information, viewpoints, and coordination data you work with remain entirely on your local machine. The EZ Issue Viewer module integrates with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC); any data exchanged as part of that integration flows directly between your machine and your own ACC account; it is never routed through or stored on our servers.
No Telemetry or Usage Data
The Application does not collect telemetry, crash reports, usage analytics, or any other diagnostic data. We have no visibility into how, when, or how often you use the Application.
Data Storage
Project-model operations run on your device. Autodesk integrations exchange project information with your own Autodesk account. License checks and website account, inquiry and payment functions can communicate with the corresponding service providers.
Third-Party Sharing
Contact, account and payment details are processed by the providers needed to deliver those requested services. Autodesk integrations use your Autodesk services. A YouTube player loads only when you choose to watch a demo; its requests are subject to YouTube’s privacy policy. Website visitor analytics are not collected.
Autodesk & ACC Platform
The Application integrates with Autodesk products and services. Your use of those services is subject to Autodesk's own Privacy Statement, available at autodesk.com/privacy.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
