The Tools Behind the Work.
We use industry-leading software and extend it with our own plug-ins. Here is the full stack and how it is applied on real projects.
The Engine Behind Every EZ-VDC Project

Autodesk Revit
The industry standard for parametric BIM authoring. We use Revit for multi-discipline coordination models, as-built Scan-to-BIM documentation, shop drawing production, and fabrication-level modeling across all project sectors healthcare, pharma, civic, and hospitality.

Autodesk Navisworks
The primary platform for federated model review and clash detection. Our EZ Clash Manager and EZ Navigation plug-ins extend Navisworks natively streamlining clash assignment, status tracking, and meeting prep in a way the out-of-the-box tool does not support.

Revizto
Our cloud collaboration layer for distributing coordination issues to trade partners, tracking resolution, and communicating with owners and field staff. Revizto complements Navisworks for stakeholder-facing communication across desktop, web, and mobile.

Synchro Pro
The professional standard for 4D construction simulation. We link Synchro directly to Primavera P6 or MS Project schedules to produce phasing animations, crane logistics models, and schedule risk visualizations deployed on projects up to $1.5B.

Autodesk ACC / BIM 360
The common data environment for model publishing, RFI management, issue tracking, and team collaboration. We configure ACC environments for GCs and owners as part of VDC consulting engagements defining folder structure, permission sets, and publishing workflows.

AutoCAD / Civil 3D
AutoCAD for 2D documentation and shop drawings; Civil 3D for below-grade utility modeling, site design, and infrastructure coordination. We produce construction-ready deliverables from bid-set drawings through as-built documentation.
Every Tool in Our Workflow

Primavera P6
The industry-standard CPM scheduling tool for large construction projects. We import P6 schedules directly into Synchro for 4D simulation, maintaining full activity code fidelity, WBS structure, and resource assignments.

Leica RTC360 / Faro Focus
High-precision terrestrial laser scanners capturing sub-millimeter point clouds of existing conditions. Deployed on active hospital renovations, historic preservation projects, and pharmaceutical facilities where accuracy is non-negotiable.

Autodesk ReCap Pro
Point cloud registration and processing platform used to combine scan positions, clean data, and prepare registered point clouds for Revit modeling. ReCap integrates directly with Revit for a seamless Scan-to-BIM pipeline.

Enscape
Real-time rendering and VR directly from Revit. We use Enscape for immersive design reviews, owner walkthroughs, and rapid visualization of construction alternatives without leaving the Revit environment or rebuilding the model.

Autodesk Tandem
Live-linked digital twin models that connect physical assets with operational data for facilities management and lifecycle tracking. We configure Tandem for handover from construction BIM to owner operations mapping sensors, systems, and maintenance data.

Bluebeam Revu
PDF-based markup, review, and document management. We use Bluebeam for shop drawing review cycles, RFI mark-ups, and coordination drawing production the bridge between model-based workflows and trade contractors who work in 2D.
We extend the software we use
Our Navisworks and Revit plug-ins are on the Autodesk Marketplace. When the software falls short, we build the solution.
Why Our Stack Works
Interoperability
All our workflows connect. Revit → Navisworks → Synchro → ACC no manual hand-offs, no format conversions that introduce errors.
Automation
Our plug-ins eliminate repetitive steps. What takes other teams hours, we resolve in minutes and that efficiency transfers directly to your project.
Standards
We use the same platforms as your GCs and subs. No compatibility issues, no learning curve for field teams just clean model handoffs.
