Laser scanning was the foundation of the entire VDC program — capturing as-built conditions at millimeter accuracy to support accurate retrofit design and coordination. Scan-to-BIM conversion produced an as-built Revit model that was used for clash detection, RFI management, and constructability reviews across all disciplines.
