We work across steel, MEP, precast, and specialty systems, managing the full submittal workflow from initial production through review cycles to final approval. Tracked in Procore or ACC so nothing falls through the cracks.
Model Receipt & Verification
We verify that the source BIM model has been fully coordinated before shop drawing production begins, flagging any open clashes that would impact fabrication dimensions.
Drawing Production
Shop drawings are generated from the coordinated Revit model and dimensioned to fabrication tolerances, with all required annotations, details, and reference callouts included.
Internal Review & QA
A discipline-specific checklist review ensures drawing completeness, dimension accuracy, and compliance with project submittal requirements before first submission.
Submittal & Revision Management
We manage the full submittal cycle in Procore or ACC, tracking review comments, coordinating clarifications with the design team, and issuing revised packages on schedule.
