The Challenge

The professional sports complex and training facility involved high-profile specialty systems premium millwork, complex structural steel, and performance-grade MEP across 1,000,000 SF of occupied and new construction. Coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP teams required tight model management and constant RFI resolution.

Our Approach

We led millwork 3D modeling and coordination, producing detailed Revit models for all custom casework and specialty installations. Clash detection in Navisworks targeted structural-MEP-millwork conflicts. RFI management was integrated into the coordination workflow with BIM 360, ensuring design intent was preserved through construction.

Outcome

Complete millwork coordination package delivered clash-free, shop drawings produced for all specialty installations, and QA/QC sign-off on all specialty model submissions. RFI log maintained with 100% resolution before fabrication.
