A $50M K-12 school campus expansion in San Diego required full BIM coordination from advanced design through construction documents. The school program academic buildings, gymnasium, multi-purpose spaces required coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP systems with school district quality standards.

We led model management from design coordination through construction documents: running clash detection in Navisworks, guiding the BIM team in constructability issue resolution, coordinating with the architect and structural engineer on model updates, and supporting the construction team through the coordination phase.

Construction-ready BIM model delivered at end of coordination phase, all major clash issues resolved before CD release, shop drawing package for specialty systems.
