Create level-based coordination views in Revit. Open the EZ-VDC ribbon and click 3D Views by Level. Dark or Light changes the theme. Settings contains theme preferences and Fit window to screen. Help opens the online guide. Close returns to Revit without creating views.

In Levels from, choose Host model or a loaded Revit link. We use the architectural link for its floor elevations. The new views belong to the host project. All selects every level. None clears the list. Use Ctrl-click for separate choices, or Shift-click for a range. Here we select L1 - Block 43 and L2 through L5. The summary lists five views. No scope boxes selected means whole-model footprints. Selecting scope boxes creates a view for each scope box and level combination.

Bottom and Top offsets set the slice boundaries. A negative bottom offset can include the slab below. We set both offsets to zero. Top level height sets the highest slice; we keep 30 feet and leave Create a view for the highest selected level enabled.

Name pattern supports Level, Scope, and Model tokens. Without a scope, the default gives names like 3D_L2. Select a 3D view template for consistent settings, or leave None as we do here. Browser grouping sets a view parameter. Choose Discipline, then Coordination. Do not set leaves it unchanged, and template-controlled values take precedence. Your browser organization determines how those views are grouped.

Review the planned names and count, then click Create views. Confirm with Yes to proceed, or No to return to the settings. The result reports five created views. Find them under 3D View in the Project Browser. Open the generated views and inspect the visible geometry and section-box limits. Check more than one level. The view names stay visible in the browser, and Discipline is set to Coordination.

Reuse matching views with Update views that already exist. Leave camera orientation matching off. Enable Export each view to NWC, shared coordinates. Choose a destination folder with Browse. Keep Include linked models enabled. The matching Navisworks exporter must be installed. Review the count and destination, then confirm. Revit updates the existing views and exports one NWC file per view. The processing wait is sped up here. The report confirms five updated views and five NWC exports.
