Giankeving Guzman
Co-Founder & Director of VDC Technology · EZ-VDC
Giankeving is a Georgia Tech-trained civil engineer and co-founder of EZ-VDC, focused on VDC technology implementation, BIM standards, and reality capture workflows on large-scale construction programs.
He leads VDC coordination on a 792MW hyperscale data center campus, developing BIM Execution Plans (BEP), multi-trade coordination workflows, and turnover documentation from design through construction.
Previously he managed a $420K BIM services portfolio across eight projects at VIATechnik, driving clash resolution and digital modeling for data center, life science, and civil work in Navisworks, Revizto, and Procore.
He holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech, is an Engineer-In-Training (EIT), and is an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot, combining laser scanning, drone surveying, and 4D planning into repeatable digital construction workflows.

Experience Behind Every Project
Leads VDC coordination for a 792MW data center campus, supporting design through construction and turnover across multiple trades and stakeholders. Develops and implements BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and coordination workflows aligned with project and operational requirements, and communicates schedule and submittal impacts based on coordination status to improve decision-making across teams. Implements CM Builder for site logistics and construction planning, and supports standardization of reality capture workflows including scanning, QA/QC, and as-built validation.
Managed a $420K budget for BIM services across 8 projects, delivering coordination, clash resolution, and digital modeling for complex, large-scale work. Led digital model creation and global collaboration workflows for large general contractor coordination projects, and created and managed BIM Execution Plans (BEP) aligned to client needs. Coordinated data center, life science, and civil projects, monitoring and driving resolution of design conflicts across disciplines using Navisworks, Revizto, and Procore.
Assisted the Regional VDC Manager in developing project-specific VDC strategies, standard workflows, and technology implementation. Supported project setup for 3D trade coordination, implemented AR/VR review workflows, developed 4D sequencing, and produced BIM for facility management. Performed reality capture including laser scanning and drone surveying across multiple active projects.
Developed embodied carbon analysis on existing campus buildings and planned projects using Tally, EC3, and BIM models. Supported the Wreck’ Garage Project in earning 2 LEED credit points by running a Whole-Building Life Cycle Assessment. Informed the Sustainable Building Materials Technical Advisory Committee (SBMTAC), formed by the Georgia Legislature, on the capabilities and limitations of commercial BIM-LCA tools.
Coordinated BIM and VDC delivery for one of Peru’s largest construction contractors across institutional, sports, and retail projects. Work included the Technology Innovation Center at Universidad de Lima, the VIDENA 2019 sports complex delivered for the Pan American Games, and preconstruction for the Falabella Mall development.
